PIERS Morgan’s wife Celia Walden is delivering the star treats in a battery-operated car as he isolates while battling Covid.
The 56-year-old presenter revealed this weekend that he’d come down with the deadly virus after watching the Euro 2020 final in Wembley on 11 July.

Double-jabbed Piers was bedbound for a week and battled “high fever, cold sweats, ferocious coughing and sneezing and strange aches all over my body” before being hit with extreme fatigue.
He wrote in his column that it was the vaccine that saved his life, adding: “Been a week now and although the fever’s long gone, the fatigue keeps overwhelming me like a soporific tidal wave.
“I haven’t even read a newspaper since developing symptoms, which for a news junkie like me is unprecedented.”
And now that her husband’s health battle is out in the open, Celia has revealed how well-cared for he was while unwell.
Avoiding Piers as to not catch the life-threatening illness herself, Celia used an old toy car to deliver him cakes.
Sharing a photo of the genius contraption on her Instagram page, she wrote: “When your husband has Covid and you need to send in toast and treats…
“That battery-operated Sylvanian Family car is a game changer.”
Piers also revealed that former footballer Jamie Redknapp caught Covid after attending the final at Wembley.
Officials assured fans attending the final that only fully-vaccinated spectators, or those with negative tests, would be allowed into the stadium.
Footballer Harry Maguire’s dad suffered broken ribs in the frightening crush.
And Piers told how some ticketless yobs even used his celebrity status to sneak into the stadium without tickets by pretending to be his security guard to harassed stewards.
