ASTON VILLA are reportedly plotting a bid for Bayer Leverkusen star Leon Bailey.
The winger, 23, hit 15 goals last season while helping the Bundesliga side qualify for the Europa League.

But, with two years left on his contract, the German side may be ready to cash in with a bid of £30million said to be enough to tempt a sale.
According to the Mail, ambitious Villa are confident that they can complete a deal for Bailey.
Manchester United and Arsenal have both previously been linked with the player, along with Tottenham and AC Milan.
Dean Smith’s side have already snatched Emi Buendia from under the noses of the Gunners this summer.
However, Villa failed in a bid to sign Emile Smith Rowe and the midfielder is reportedly nearing a new contract agreement with Arsenal.
Bailey, who can play on either flank, could serve as a replacement for Jack Grealish amid Manchester City’s £100million bid for the England star.
Bailey’s arrival would see Anwar El Ghazi allowed to leave Villa Park, it is claimed.
The Jamaican is currently competing in the Concacaf Gold Cup, with the Reggae Boyz facing the United States in the quarter-finals on Monday.
Arsenal have also been busy this summer, landing Nuno Tavares and Albert Sambi Lokonga ahead of a £50m swoop for Brighton’s Ben White.
SunSport revealed on Wednesday that Chelsea striker Tammy Abraham is set to sign on an initial loan transfer.
