The mum-of-three, who hasn’t seen her family for three weeks, rose to victory last night after being crowned the first Queen of the castle.
The podcast host was named champion of this year’s series in emotional scenes, beating Radio 1 DJ Jordan North and TV host Vernon Kay.
Giovanna’s husband and McFly star Tom Fletcher has been holding down the fort while the author has been bossing life in the Welsh castle.
But now the 35-year-old has finally arrived home and was warmly greeted by her three beautiful boys.
Taking to Instagram to share the special moment, Tom posted a snap of his wife cuddling their kids just as she stepped through the front door.
Leaving her suitcases and crown on the floor, Giovanna was clearly over the moon to see her children.

‘Swapping the crown for the kids. Our Queen is back in her castle,’ he captioned the picture.
Tom’s followers were also quick to respond to the photo, with one commenting: ‘Such a powerful photo, just perfect.’

Another said: ‘Woooooo much love to you all, look after your Queen.’
While one added: ‘That is great to see best picture and coming to her husband and boys brilliant.’
Tom previously shared his joy at Friday’s result, writing on Twitter: ‘YEEEEEAAAAHHHH!!!! Thanks SO much for voting and supporting @MrsGiFletcher from the very beginning.
‘She’s always been our queen but now she has a crown to prove it! Now I just have to explain to the kids that this doesn’t mean we’re moving into the castle…’
Giovanna’s brother and former Made in Chelsea star Mario Falcone was also delighted to see his sister home, especially after making £9,000 from placing a bet on her winning the series.

Giovanna claimed she has ‘proved mums can do anything’ with the win on this year’s programme.
Discussing her win, the mum-of-three said: ‘I don’t think it’s going to sink in for a little while. It’s the most bizarre thing ever.
‘We’ve been in a castle for three weeks and now there are people, I’ve got a crown on my head. It doesn’t feel real at all.’
