Will Joe Biden help out Joe Exotic? (Picture:Getty/AP)
The Tiger King star was hoping he would have his prison sentence pardoned by Trump during his last days in office, but unfortunately didn’t make the list.
But the eccentric roadside zoo owner isn’t giving up anytime soon, and is now putting his faith in the new administration, reports claim.
In a series of emails obtained by TMZ, state that Exotic believes Biden can ‘help clean up the corruption in the DOJ and other agencies.’
It was added that he didn’t appreciate Trump’s lack of communication surrounding the Capitol riots of January 6.
Exotic is currently serving a 22-year sentence for animal abuse and the murder for hire plot against rival Carole Baskin – but he was confident that he would appeal to Trump and be let out.

His legal team even had a limo waiting for him outside of the jail to pick him up as they were so sure.
When that failed, Exotic claimed he was ‘too innocent and too gay’ for Trump to consider granting him clemency, and later even made the baseless accusation on Twitter that Baskin had ‘paid one or two million’ to stop the pardon happening.
There is currently no evidence to suggest that claim is true in any way.

Following the announcement that Exotic would remain in prison, a spokesperson told Metro.co.uk: ‘140 million Joe Exotic fans had a hard time getting out of bed this morning.
‘We are as disappointed that the president did not sign Joe’s pardon, as we were confident yesterday that he would.
‘It is only because of you 140 million fans that Joe’s pardon was even a possibility.
‘Since his trial, the evidence has made it clear that Joe is not guilty but, rather, he is a victim of the persons he trusted most.
‘Team Tiger, just this morning spent two hours on the telephone with Joe and listened to his Direct Appeal Oral Arguments by Brandon Sample in Colorado.
‘We will not stop, we will not rest until Joe’s injustice is corrected.’
Metro.co.uk has contacted Exotic’s team for further comment.
Tiger King is available on Netflix.
