The pair have enjoyed several dinner dates and outings together recently, leaving fans speculating that they could be more than friends.
However, Antigoni has ruled out a romance with Jacques, admitting that he’s like a “little brother” to her.
She joined former Islanders Millie Court and Chloe Burrows for a game of phone roulette.
Fans asked the trio to read out their last WhatsApp message.
Antigoni said: “Mine was Jacques sending me a screenshot, we just posted a picture together and they’ve gone ‘send Jacques and Antigoni back in and let them win the £50k’.
“And 100 per cent of people voted yes.”
Setting the record straight, Antigoni added: “But unfortunately we’re just friends, he’s like my little bro now.”
It comes after the pair enjoyed a cosy night last week as they headed for dinner in Manchester.
They smiled for photos as they visited high-end Mexican and Japanese eatery Peter Street Kitchen.
Jacques looked equally stylish in a patterned black hoodie and a pair of light grey cuffed ankle trousers.
The pair were seen exchanging glances as they strolled through the city.
In one photo, Antigoni leaned against her co-star with his arms wrapped around her waist.
In another snap, the pair were seen laughing as they headed to the swanky restaurant.
The pair have grown closer after leaving the villa and developed a strong bond.
Unfortunately the singer didn’t have much luck finding the one, and her stint only lasted eight days, before the boys decided to dump her from the island.
Since arriving back in the UK the Antigoni and Jacques have met up a few times.
Last week, they headed up north to Manchester and the beauty filmed them in the car.
When they arrived Antigoni treated Jacques to a meal at her mum Tonia Buxton’s popular restaurant chain, The Real Greek.
Shortly after the rugby lad left the villa, Jacques revealed his secret close relationship with Antigoni as they had lunch with her family.
The ex-Islanders enjoyed a “family” lunch with Antigoni’s celebrity chef mum Tonia and Jacques’ mum Janet.
They enjoyed some alfresco dining at Bluebelles café in London, before posing for a snap together.
The star received a lot of backlash for how he acted during Casa Amor, but Antigoni had his back.
Speaking to Digital Spy, she revealed: “In terms of a fair light, I feel like Jacques has been put in quite a bad light and he’s actually really lovely.”
“He’s definitely got this laddish/boyish side that can tow the line of being a little bit too cheeky sometimes, but that’s only one side of his personality.”
