If you’ve watched The Undoing, you might remember Nicole Kidman’s character’s stunning New York home.
Now it could be yours, for $29,995,000 (£22.7 m).
The Upper East Side five-storey townhouse is used as the exterior for the house in the show, which is where the character Grace Frasier and her husband Johnathan (Hugh Grant) live.
The address is 8 East 63rd Street, the same one the characters give in the show. It’s just between Fifth Avenue and Madison Avenue, off Central Park.
The interior shots are filmed in a studio so on the inside, it is completely different to the show.

Instead of dark and moody living areas, this place features bright and airy rooms with lots of space and a neutral colour scheme.
The house, built in 1878, is currently listed with Sotheby’s International Realty.

The agent’s description says: ‘The townhouse offers one of the most exquisite lifestyles on the Upper East Side, sited just off Fifth Avenue and Central Park, close to private schools, near the finest museums in the world, Madison Avenue and midtown shopping, and world class restaurants.
‘This is a rare opportunity to live in an architecturally significant townhouse in one of the most extraordinary locations on the Upper East Side.’

Inside, there are nine bedrooms, nine full bathrooms and three partial bathrooms, all in 10,000 sq ft of living space.
On the ground floor, there’s a reception room and a grand breakfast room with rounded bay window and a staircase leading to the second-floor butler’s pantry off the dining room.

Moving upstairs, the parlour floor gallery leads to a long suite of rooms, including a drawing room, library and dining room with original fireplaces, high ceilings, beautiful mouldings and herringbone floors.

Off the dining room is a terrace overlooking townhouse gardens, a powder room and butler’s pantry.

The third floor includes three bedrooms, with fireplaces, herringbone floors, moldings, and three en-suite bathrooms.
With so much space, the fourth floor has been modified but could be turned back into one huge home.
The description adds: ‘The fourth floor, currently functioning as the lower floor of a duplex, can easily be turned back into a master bedroom overlooking the street, with fireplace, lovely moldings, and en-suite bath; two additional bedrooms, one with en-suite bath. A galley kitchen, laundry and powder room complete this floor.’
Finally, the fifth floor has three further bedrooms and bathrooms, with the largest room having access to an expansive south facing terrace.
