Exciting news for our plant-based pals: Domino’s is launching two new vegan products.
The additions to the menu are the Chick-Ain’t, a veggie chicken-style pizza, and vegan nuggets.
The Chick-Ain’t is made up of vegan dough spread with tomato sauce and sprinkled with vegan cheese before being topped with plant-based strips, onions, and green and red peppers.
You can get this in either a medium classic crust or a large Italian style base.
Then there are the nuggets, which are plant-based protein covered in southern-fried breadcrumbs.
If you get the pizza or the nuggets, you’ll find it’s served with a vegan version of the iconic garlic and herb sauce, of course.
The new additions to the range will launch January 4, 2021, to coincide with Veganuary – despite predictions that the number of people doing Veganuary this time around might drop off.

They’re not the cheapest things on the menu, with the Chick-Ain’t priced at £17.99 for a medium classic crust, and £19.99 for a large Italian style, and the vegan nuggets costing £5.99 for a portion.
Both will join the existing vegan options from the pizza chain; the vegan margherita pizza, the vegan vegi supreme pizza, and the potato wedges.
Domino’s rep Melanie Howe said: ‘Our food innovation team haven’t stopped experimenting in the test kitchen since we launched our Vegan Friendly range a few months ago and we just know our customers are going to adore the Chick-Ain’t pizza and Vegan Nuggets.
‘Feedback on the existing range has been overwhelmingly good and it’s brilliant to offer even more choice to customers.
‘These delicious additions land in stores just in time for the start of Veganuary, pizza and plants truly are a match made in heaven!’
