It isn’t possible to be ambivalent about Marmite – according to the marketing, anyway.
The savoury spread is famous for stimulating strong feelings – one way or another. And a brand new fiery flavour will certainly set some people off.
Marmite is set to launch a limited edition Dynamite spread. Combining it’s distinctive, umami taste with a warm kick of chilli – it could be just the thing your breakfast has been missing. Or not.
The explosive toast-topper is available exclusively at Sainsbury’s nationwide and online from 7th February.

Dynamite is said to have been carefully crafted not to overpower with the first bite. Creators say it builds in heat and intensity as you continue eating, and is ideal for Marmite lovers that are looking for an extra hit of flavour.
Launching just ahead of Valentine’s Day, Marmite also hopes to help lovers add some spice to their breakfast table for the big day. They suggest trying it on a crumpet, smothered on toast, mixed with smashed avocado or even eaten straight from the jar. If you’re brave enough.
‘Literally hot off the press, new limited-edition Marmite Dynamite is a taste explosion which needs to be handled with care,’ says Sophie Allan, brand manager at Marmite.
‘We’ve ignited breakfast tables before with our Marmite Peanut Butter, but this is set to send shock waves in kitchens up and down the country. Whether on toast, crumpets or muffins we’re inviting the lovers, and daring the haters, to ignite their tastebuds with this explosive new flavour.’
