FOOTBALL fans regularly want to give their club’s manager a piece of their mind but never get the chance.
That isn’t the case for everyone though as one Rangers supporter once made it their mission to come face-to-face with former Ibrox gaffer Steven Gerrard.

And the individual was successful as they BROKE INTO the manager’s office at the training ground.
Hearts midfielder Andy Halliday played under the ex-Gers boss when he was in charge of the Ibrox club.
And he has opened up on the infamous incident between the fan and Gerrard as he admits the Liverpool legend was left “fuming” afterwards.
Talking about the events on Open Goal, he said: “Gerrard was the manager at the time and this is God’s honest true story.
“As you know Celtic and Rangers everything is gated, you can’t get in.
“You might be able to stay at the gate and wait for players to drive away to get signatures and whatever.
“There was one day we came in from training, you come in get gear off, go into the canteen.
“There was one day Steven Gerrard came marching through the canteen raging looking for someone. One of the player liaisons or something.
“But you could tell something had happened.
“He marched straight back out. He’s come back off the training pitch one day and there was a fan sitting in his office. Waiting to question him on results or whatever, I swear to God.
“I don’t know much more about what happened but he was f***ing fuming and see from that day? Two or three security guards never came back, they lost their job from that day.
“The security from inside the building, everything was fob related, you couldn’t go through certain doors without fobs. Mental. It was a fan just sitting in the office.
“The office, you need to get through the main door, the main gate at Murray Park, the main reception, past the academy bit, past the gym, go upstairs to the office.
“How he’s got there is mental.”
